I’m so excited to open the doors and create a space focused on long-term health and functional movement.
I believe in playing the long game—there are no gimmicks or quick fixes here. Just thoughtful, evidence-based Pilates and clinical exercise designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.
I offer Reformer Pilates, Semi-Private Clinical Pilates, and Exercise Physiology, with options to suit both general fitness and more individualised needs.
You’ll find a variety of class styles, from foundational sessions to build confidence and technique, to more strength-focused and dynamic classes, and to slower, mobility-based sessions designed to support recovery and balance.
Pilates focuses on improving alignment and strengthening the deeper stabilising muscles, complementing your existing routine and helping you move with greater ease and efficiency.
For best results, I recommend attending two sessions per week. I offer a range of class packs and payment options so you can find what works for you.
