Class Descriptions

Reformer Foundations -If you are new to Reformer, this is the class for you. A 45min beginner class designed to teach the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates, including technique, alignment, and control. Ideal for those new to Reformer or returning after a break. Not suitable for acute injury.

Form & Flow - Once you have refined the basics its time to elevate your practice. A 45min full-body Reformer class blending strength, control, and flow to improve mobility and overall fitness. Suitable for most levels with options to progress or modify. Not suitable for acute injury.

Form & Strength - A 45min athletic, strength-focused Reformer class using higher resistance and dynamic sequences to build strength and endurance. Not suitable for acute injury or beginners

Strength & Balance Circuit - A 45min circuit-style class focused on improving strength, balance, and coordination to support bone health and reduce fall risk. Not suitable for acute injury.

Ideal for older adults, those with low bone density/osteoporosis, or anyone looking to improve balance, strength, and confidence with everyday movement in a supportive environment.

Release & Restore - A 45min slower-paced Reformer class focusing on flexibility, breath, and alignment to support recovery and restore the body & mind. Not suitable for acute injury.
